NOW LIVE - Online Water Bill Pay!
Our NEW bill pay platform will be available to all residents. The new system provides a user-friendly online portal, allowing customers to view and pay their bills, schedule one-time and automatic payments, and review past bill.
To access the online payment portal, go to the village website at https://villageofindustry.com/bill-payment and click the “Pay Your Bill Now” link. You will then be redirected to the secure payment site. You will have to setup an account.
To Setup An Account:
- On login page under “Member Registration” enter municipality code IndustryIL440 and the user information requested and select “Register”
- You will then be logged into the online payment portal
To Make A Payment:
- Click “Bill & Pay” in the top ribbon
- Here you can see your billed amount along with past bills.
- Pay the current balance, or enter another amount you would like to pay
- Select payment type “Credit/Debit Card” or “E-Check”
- Review the payment amount, enter you email for confirmation and check “I Accept”
- Enter payment information, and billing address, and “verify”
- Payment will post within 24 hours to your account
A small transaction fee of $3 is charged for card and electronic check transactions.
