Changes to how water bills are paid

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR WATER CUSTOMERS

New Payment Procedures Effective for Bills Due in June, 2025

Beginning on June 6^th, all water, sewer, and garbage customers of the Village of Industry must follow new payment procedures:

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:

• Cash or Check
• Credit and debit card payment – the process will change and those directions will be posted soon

HOW TO PAY:

• By Mail: Send your payment to:
  Village of Industry-Water Department PO BOX 31, Industry, IL 61440
• Drop Off: Use the drop box located at the Kiwanis building at 103 N Downen St.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Payments will NOT be accepted at the bank
